Community Awareness - We educate on drug-free living, risk and protective factors affecting substance abuse, and proven effective programs through a speaker’s bureau, forums, events, and media. Advocacy - We build community support for public policies that advance the human and cost benefits of reducing substance abuse. Technical Assistance - We help agencies with program development, collaborative planning, and evaluation for capacity building and accountability. Consultation and Coordination - We assess needs and resource availability, and analyze gaps in services to promote provider network accessibility to the community. |
